All patients purchasing Footbalance insoles, have a free 3D foot scan which assesses and evaluates your feet's essential characteristics, including arch type, foot alignment and function. Based on your results, we can recommend a range of insoles that are moulded to your foot shape, ensuring the best fit and comfort possible. We will also send you a copy of your scan results.

    Scans take about 20 minutes and to ensure that we don’t keep you waiting, we ask that you book one of our free scan appointments.

    Your scan will be sent to you after you appointment, normally by email.

    There is no obligation to purchase any insoles. However, should you wish to go ahead and have customised Footbalance insoles moulded for you, this could be done on the same day.
