Join The Team
as a Foot Health Practitioner
Imagine working in a clinic where you have the time, support and resources to provide excellent patient care without feeling rushed.
At our practice, we believe that great patient care starts with creating an environment where practitioners feel supported, valued and able to develop. We prioritise practitioner wellbeing, continuous professional development and a genuine work-life balance.
Whether you are a newly qualified FHP looking for a supportive environment in which to build your confidence, or an experienced Foot Health Professional looking to develop your skills further, this role offers the opportunity to learn, grow and become an important part of our team.
For the right person, there may also be opportunities to develop a longer-term career within podiatry, including exploring further training to become a podiatrist. We already have a podiatry apprentice within our team and are passionate about supporting people who want to develop their careers within foot health and podiatry.
About our clinic
We are a progressive, patient-centred private practice with an established and loyal patient base. We are committed to delivering high standards of foot health care while creating a friendly, supportive and positive environment for our clinical team.
Our culture
Collaborative, supportive and growth-oriented. We value each other's contribution, celebrate successes together and foster a positive, blame-free learning environment where people are encouraged to ask questions, share knowledge and develop.
Our patients
You will have an established patient list provided, allowing you to focus on providing excellent patient care rather than having to build your own patient base.
Our facilities
You will have an equipped treatment room and the equipment you need to provide high-quality foot health care, together with practice management and administrative support.
Learning and development
We have a strong teaching and mentoring ethos. We don't expect you to know everything from day one and will support the right person in developing their clinical knowledge, skills and confidence.
What you will be doing
You will build positive, long-term relationships with your patients while providing high-quality routine foot health care.
Your role will include:
Providing professional foot health assessments and treatments
Developing personalised treatment plans
Providing appropriate patient education and self-care advice
Maintaining accurate clinical records
Working collaboratively with the wider clinical team
Working within your scope of practice and developing your clinical knowledge and skills
Taking part in ongoing learning, mentoring and CPD
Building positive and lasting relationships with your patients
Who we are looking for
We are looking for a caring, motivated and enthusiastic Foot Health Professional who enjoys working with people and wants to become part of a friendly team.
You will ideally be:
A qualified Foot Health Professional
Warm, approachable and empathetic
Professional, reliable and conscientious
Passionate about providing excellent patient-centred care
A positive team player who enjoys working collaboratively
Curious, motivated and willing to learn and develop
You don't need to have every skill mastered yet. We believe in developing people and are happy to teach and support the right candidate.
We would therefore welcome applications from both newly qualified FHPs and experienced practitioners. If you're at the beginning of your career, you'll have the benefit of structured support, mentoring and opportunities to build your confidence.
If you're an experienced FHP, we'd be keen to support you in developing your existing skills and pursuing areas of particular interest.
What matters most to us is the right attitude,
a commitment to patient care and a willingness to learn.
