There is no need to try walking or running over a gait plate, Digitsole Pro is an in-shoe gait analysis system which improves patient assessments by measuring objective biomechanical data, in real life conditions. 
Following a short walk and/or run with the smart insoles in your footwear, the technology will provide a number of key metrics to assist in identifying underlying issues. This means that you will be assessed wearing your normal footwear, undertaking the activity that causes you pain or problems.
The system can also be used before and after an exercise regimen or a physio rehab program, in order to accurately assess improvements in gait. 

Walking gait- undertaken inside or outside, with a simple 2 minute walk, with or without walking aids. 
Running/ Sport Gait - unlike assessments with gait plates, through GPS signal, patients are able to run on various surfaces, including running tracks, roads, sports fields or treadmills.
